Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us expand our online presence, drive customer engagement, and grow our business. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, be enthusiastic about the agricultural and wellness industries, and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and more.

  • Create engaging and visually appealing content, including photos, videos, and graphics, showcasing our lavender products and on-site experiences.

  • Schedule and post content consistently to maintain an active online presence.

  • Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to comments and messages promptly.

Content Creation:

  • Generate compelling blog posts, newsletters, and other written content related to lavender farming, wellness, and lifestyle.

  • Produce high-quality visuals and videos to promote our products and activities2. Email Marketing:

  • Manage our email marketing campaigns, including creating newsletters, segmenting email lists, and tracking campaign performance.

  • Implement email marketing strategies to promote product launches, events, and special offers.

Website Management:

  • Maintain and update our website with fresh content, product listings, and event information.

  • Optimize the website for SEO to improve search engine rankings.

Online Advertising:

  • Plan and execute online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to increase website traffic and sales.

  • Analyze advertising performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Use analytics tools to track website traffic, social media engagement, and conversion rates.

  • Provide regular reports on digital marketing performance and recommend improvements.

Customer Engagement:

  • Foster a sense of community among our online audience through engagement initiatives like contests, giveaways, and online events.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field preferred.

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar industry.

  • Proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing tools, and content management systems.

  • Strong writing and editing skills.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics.

  • Knowledge of SEO best practices.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Title: Seasonal Summer Retail and Farm Assistant

We are committed to providing a unique experience to our customers.
Job Description:

​We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team at our lavender farm for the summer season. This position is ideal for teachers looking for summer employment. As a seasonal retail and farm assistant, you will be responsible for various tasks including:
1. Retail Sales: Assisting customers in our barn store, checking them out on the register, and providing excellent customer service.
2. Lavender U-Pick: Checking in customers, instructing them on proper picking techniques, and ensuring a positive experience.
3. Farm Work: Assisting with lavender harvesting, planting, weeding, and other farm-related tasks as necessary.
4. Processing Lavender: Bundling and hanging lavender to dry for future use.
5. Food Sales: Assisting with food sales, including preparing and serving simple food items.
6. Supervision: Monitoring and providing guidance to teenage summer employees.
Requirements:
- Must be 21+

-Must have a calm and welcoming demeanor.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.

-Must be able to work outside in hot conditions on occasion.
- Knowledge or interest in lavender farming is a plus.

This is a seasonal position starting in June and ending in August; however we have some flexibility with the exception of July (our busiest month).   The work schedule can vary or remain steady if preferred and will include weekends. The hourly rate will be dependent upon experience.
